Responsibilities include developing policy, fundraising, board recruitment, and increasing public awareness.

Silicon Valley Crime Stoppers, Board Member, 2003-Present
Responsibilities include developing programs, maintaining website, fundraising, board recruitment, and increasing public awareness. Crime Stoppers is a cooperative effort between the local media, local police departments and a citizen board of directors. This program allows citizens with information about serious crime to report it while remaining anonymous.

Young Audiences of Northern California, Board Member, 2003-2005
Responsibilities include developing policy, fundraising, board recruitment, and increasing public awareness. Young Audiences is a leader in providing arts education for Silicon Valley youth. More than 178,000 children participated in our programs at schools and community sites throughout Santa Clara County last year.

Rotary Club of San José North, Board Member, former Secretary, 2002-present
The Rotary Club of San José North was chartered on February 1, 1980. In the early years, San José North quickly established several service relationships, including providing and serving Tending the Flock meals at a local community kitchen, building a library and playground at The Martinson Child Development Center, supporting teens at Camp RYLA (a Rotary Youth Leadership Camp), and conducting Blood Drives at the American Red Cross. These relationships continue to thrive today.
